The Office of International Relations at IIT Kanpur recently had the pleasure of hosting a grand Diwali celebration for international students at IIT Kanpur. Along with all the international students, the event was also attended by Professor Dhirendra S. Katti, the Dean of International Relations, and student members from the Academic Council. It was a delightful evening of cultural exchange and enlightenment, symbolizing the unity and diversity that our institution stands for and the transformative power of education in dispelling darkness that the Diwali, the festival of light, is all about.
