Delegates from the National University of Singapore visits IIT Kanpur

On 24th July 2024, a distinguished delegation from the National University of Singapore (NUS) visited IIT Kanpur. The delegation included Professors Stefan Adams, Prahlad Vadakkepat, and Hari Krishna Garg, who were warmly welcomed by Prof. Bushra Ateeq, Dean of International Relations at IIT Kanpur. IIT Kanpur's Professors Kantesh Balani, Shakti S. Gupta, Krishanu Biswas, Tushar Sandhan and Debdatta Ray also interacted with the NUS faculty.

The NUS faculty shared detailed insights into their research in engineering, such as blockchain technology, distributed technology, and its impact on various industries. They also discussed academic and research opportunities for the IITK students at NUS. Talks were followed by an engaging Q&A session, which fostered a collaborative exchange of ideas and strengthened the academic ties between both institutions.
