Orientation Session of International Students organized by the Office of International Relations, IIT Kanpur

On August 13, 2024, the Office of International Relations (OIR) at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur organized an orientation session for the newly admitted international students starting in the 2024-25 Semester I. The event began with a warm welcome from Professor Bushra Ateeq, Dean of International Relations, who introduced the students to IIT Kanpur, its academic programs, and campus life.

The session was well-attended, with student representatives from the International Relations wing of Academics and Career Council, providing a comprehensive presentation on various aspects of student life, such as academics, activity clubs, and personal development.

Mr. Ahmad Irjoob, a fourth-year international Ph.D. student from  the Department of Computer Science, shared his personal experiences and insights about the academics and campus life with the attendees.
