Greetings from Chile!

The term “UC Chile” likely refers to Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in Spanish), a prestigious and well-respected university located in Santiago, Chile. Founded in 1888, it is one of the oldest and most prominent universities in Chile and Latin America. UC Chile is known for its high academic standards and offers a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in various fields, including science, technology, engineering, humanities, social sciences, and the arts.

We are pleased to inform you that the application for UC Chile Exchange Programme 2026 is now openfor Universitas Gadjah Mada students.

ELIGIBILITY

  1. Undergraduate students (S1) or Graduate students (S2/S3)
  2. Enrolled in Universitas Gadjah Mada during the program
  3. Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  4. Be proficient in English

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  1. Official Academic Transcript
  2. English Language Proficiency
  3. Letter of Enrollment from Faculty
  4. Letter of Nomination from Faculty (addressed to the Head of Office of International Affairs UGM)
  5. Letter of Recommendation from the Academic Advisor
  6. Curriculum Vitae
  7. Motivation Letter
  8. Colored Copy of Passport
  9. Confirmation Letter of Participation (download)
  10. Passport Size Photo
  11. Other document required from the university

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

  1. Submit the aforementioned documents to UGM International Exposure Application Form: http://ugm.id/IntExposureApplication no later than 8 April 2026for internal review.
  2. OIA staff will evaluate your application. Once you are selected as Nominated Applicants, OIA will confirm your official nomination to UC Chile
  3. The FINAL decision is from UC Chile.
