## Contact the tuition fees team

It's important that you [contact the tuition fees team](https://www.ncl.ac.uk/tuition-fees/get-in-touch/) if you:

- are unable to pay your tuition fee instalment on time
- intend to pay your tuition fees using a tuition fee loan, but the Student Loans Company has not approved your loan

Services including student wellbeing and the student advice centre are available if you need advice and guidance on student finance.

## Student wellbeing

Our Student Wellbeing Service provides guidance on a range of student finance related topics. They can also help if you are having difficulties applying for student finance with the Student Loans Company (SLC).\
 \
 The Student Wellbeing Service does not have funds available to assist you with the payment of your tuition fees.
