# Office of the Executive Board

The team at the Office of the Executive Board assist the Executive Board, in particular the President, Vice Presidents and Chancellor, in organising and arranging the diverse tasks they have to deal with on a daily basis.
They ease the workload of the Executive Board by providing administrative support for the President, Vice Presidents and Chancellor in their various areas of responsibility. The Office of the Executive Board is also responsible for preparing, following up and supporting certain committee meetings (e.g. Executive Board, University Governing Board, Senate, University Council, Advisory Board).
In addition, the Office of the Executive Board is responsible for preparing and following up a wide range of external meetings. This includes preparing the speeches and welcome addresses given by the President and Vice Presidents.
The President’s chauffeur also reports to the Office of the Executive Board.
