Please contact the Student Records Office if you have any questions about the formalities surrounding your studies. This is the hub for all FAU student data.
You must inform the Student Records Office immediately of any major changes regarding your studies. \ Depending on the issue in question, you should either communicate the changes via campo.fau.de or complete a form and send it by email.
Changes of address are entered in the IdM portal.
The Student Records Office can help you with the following matters
- Enrollment
- Re-registration
- De-registration (you can either go directly to the online application for de-registration on campo.fau.de or go via the landing page campo.fau.de > My studies > Applications)
- Reimbursement of semester contribution (application)
- Leave of absence and regulations (Application for leave of absence, Regulations on requests for a leave of absence from studies)
- Change of subject (Application for a change of subject)
- Studying two degree programs
- Guest students and mature students
- Health insurance for students and insurance certificate for enrollment
- Reporting accidents
- Creating certificates showing the duration of studies
- Change of name or identity (e.g. after marriage or change of identity)
- Information about the semester ticket
