She advises and coaches students and members of FAU who wish to start a business: FAU alumna Heike Nowak-Schwerdtfeger studied Psychology and the part-time Master’s program in Organizational and Personnel Development at FAU. In the video, she shares her initial career steps after graduation, offers tips for job searching, and discusses her current role as a start-up consultant. For her, the most important thing is to work with passion and in an inspiring team.
