The range of services FAU offers researchers matches the diversity of research at the University. Various teams support researchers in applying for funding – from looking for suitable programs to finalizing funds to offering internal funding programs and ensuring that early career researchers receive the support they need and opportunities to gain further qualifications. This creates optimal conditions for excellent research, career development and successful project implementation.
Some of the services, for instance the Welcome Center or Early Career Support, are aimed at specific target groups such as international researchers or doctoral candidates. Others specialize in providing advice in specific areas, such as the EU Research Office.
FAU also offers a wide range of services focusing on research findings, for example providing advice on academic publishing and scientific communication, or how to handle research data in line with modern requirements.
