# Enabling Auto-captions

Automatic closed captioning is now available on Penn's instances of Zoom, Teams, BlueJeans, and BlueJeans Events. Additionally, Penn has entered into an agreement with [3PlayMedia(link is external)](https://www.3playmedia.com/) to assist you with your captioning needs.

The following guides will assist you in enabling closed captioning on your preferred conferencing software. Please note, if you do not see these options in your account, you will need to contact the IT department of your school or department to enable the feature.
