# If I apply to the QuestBridge National College Match (NCM) and I am not named a Finalist, can I still apply to Penn?

Yes. You may apply to Penn through either Early Decision or Regular Decision and should follow all of the [standard guidelines for applying to Penn.](https://admissions.upenn.edu/how-to-apply/first-year-applicants)
