Am I eligible for a full scholarship as an international student?
Modified on Thu, 21 Aug, 2025 at 3:30 PM
Penn undergraduate aid is entirely need-based. The University does not award scholarships based on academic or athletic merit. International students who are admitted as financial aid applicants will receive no-loan financial aid packages based on a family's demonstrated need that can go up to the full cost of attendance, just like students from the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. To fine our more about international student aid, visit our International Aid page.
