Yes, students may utilize VA Chapter 33, Chapter 35, and Chapter 31* benefits. Admitted students interested in using these benefits must:

  1. Complete a VA Information Form.
  2. Upload a copy of their official VA Certificate of Eligibility and DD-214 (military discharge form) via the SRFS Online Document Submission Form.

*Penn accepts all VA education benefits (Chapters 31, 33, 25, 1606, 1607). In order to use any VA education benefit, the program must be approved by the SAA. For questions regarding program approval, please contact veterans@upenn.edu

Please refer to the Student Financial Aid office’s Veterans & Military Affiliated page for more information.
