Rashida Ng, a distinguished alumna of the University of Pennsylvania's Master of Architecture program, has been honored as a 2023 Distinguished Daughter of Pennsylvania. Currently serving as Presidential Associate Professor of Architecture and chair of the undergraduate architecture program at Penn, Ng is celebrated for her contributions to architectural education and advocacy for social equity. Her leadership includes organizing the Housing Justice Futures symposium, addressing housing inequities exacerbated by climate change and racial disparities. Ng's recognition underscores her impactful career and dedication to fostering positive change within communities.
