# How accessible is the information session and tour for someone with a hearing impairment?
Modified on Fri, 18 Jul, 2025 at 12:09 PM
We are able to offer ASL (American Sign Language) interpreting services during the information session and/or the campus tour. We also use microphones in our information session. If you are in need of ASL interpreting services, please email [info@admissions.upenn.edu](mailto:info@admissions.upenn.edu) with your request and your confirmed visit date. Our tour sizes may be larger at around 10-20 visitors per group, and while out on campus there may be loud, ambient noise and differing volumes of tour guides' voices. The information presented during the on-campus tour can be revisited in our [virtual tour](https://admissions.upenn.edu/visit-connect/visit-penn).
