How is financial aid different for international students?
Modified on Fri, 1 Aug, 2025 at 3:50 PM
International students who are admitted as financial aid applicants will receive no-loan financial aid packages just like students from the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. International students are ineligible for federal funding, so their packages will consist of institutional grants (money that does not need to be repaid) and work-study.

Please note that international students must apply for financial aid when they apply for admission. They will not be able to submit a financial aid application at a later date.
