Borrowing Material

Borrowing Loan Period:
- You are responsible for returning borrowed items to the library on or before due date or time.\
- For Online Renewal go to My Account and enter your AUBNet account and password (email account/password).
- For more details on renewals, recall, and lost or damaged items check here, or contact the Circulation desk at ext. 2618 or send an email to libcirc@aub.edu.lb.

Studying
A number of total silence, quiet study and group study areas are available at the University Libraries, in addition to computer labs. To know more about the Library watch the Orientation Videoor book now for a tour.

All graduate students may use the Carrel Room, which is designated as a quiet space to support their research and writing activities toward degree requirements, makinf sure to follow the below *Room's rules:*

- No food, drink or smoking

No items are allowed to be left unattended including:

Laptops and other electronic devices and wires
- Books, notebooks and other study materials
- Personal items (makeup, clothes or pillows….)

Backpacks

Windows must always remain closed, and no materials are allowed to cover or block them.
- The library is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
- Carrels are subject to routine inspections to ensure compliance, unattended items will be removed and discarded
- Report inquiries to the circulation desk or email to libcirc@aub.edu.lb.
