*Mission: *The Office of Equal Opportunity & Title IX at AUB is dedicated to advancing the university's mission by leading initiatives that promote a culture of integrity, dignity, and respect across all faculties, units, and centers. By implementing evidence-based strategies and fostering collaboration with key stakeholders, the office ensures equal access and opportunity in education, including admissions, as well as in all areas of employment. The office is committed to proactively preventing and addressing all forms of discrimination and discriminatory harassment, including sex discrimination and sexual harassment. Through these efforts, it seeks to foster a safe, respectful, and ethical academic and work environment, where all members of the AUB community are empowered to thrive.​\ \
