IED Inauguration of a Blessed Beginning and Fond Farewell
Faculty members and guests join in reciting Yassin marking a solemn and blessed beginning

May 2024 - The Integrated Engineering Department (IED) at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS officially commenced its journey with a heartfelt Majlis Bacaan Yassin dan Doa Selamat. The event, graced by UTP’s Executive Management Committee members and the Clarity Project team, featured a moving recitation of Yassin led by Ustaz Ammar, followed by a prayer for blessings and smooth operations ahead. This significant occasion also marked a bittersweet farewell to Ir Dr Rashid, a beloved founding member, who is departing for a new venture in Madinah. The IED community gathered to seek divine blessings and celebrate both the promising future of the department and the contributions of Dr Rashid, setting a tone of hope and unity for the path forward.
