Control Valve Characteristics To determine characteristics curve of linear, equal percentage and quick opening control valve.
Ratio Control To study the ratio control and compare with a single loop flow control.
Flowmeter Measurement ​To study various types of flow meters commonly found in industrial applications.
Pressure Control 1. To study how a pressure loop can be controlled using a microprocessor-based controller as well as DCS system. 2. To study pressure and temperature compensated flow rate measurement for compressible fluids.
​​Temperature Control Module To study the temperature loop of an exchanger using a microprocessor-based controller as well as DCS system.
Heat Exchanger Control To study heat exchanger using different types of control techniques.
Heat Exchanger Process Control Loop To study shell and tube heat exchanger PID temperature control.
Level Flow Process Control Loop To study the level of water of a self-regulating as well as non-regulating process, level/flow cascade control, valve hysteresis and limit cycling.
​Liquid Flow Process Control To study flow ratio control and the effect of gain and deadtime on performance.
Cascade Control Loop To study how open and closed tank level measurement and level control is performed, and to provide hands on experience on manipulating various control parameters using a microprocessor-based controller.
Feedforward Control Loop To study the concept of feedforward control and the tuning of feedforward control loops.
Temperature Measurement To study temperature measurement using resistance thermometer.
Dead Weight To study dead weight using pressure gauge.
Frequency Control of Couple Tank To study frequency control of the coupled tank.
Frequency Response of Electronic Tank To study the frequency response of electronic tank.
Analog Panel Meter Calibration To study calibration of a pressure transmitter and I/P converter.
Pressure Measurements To study pressure measurements by using pressure transmitter.
​Study of Test Instrument To study of test instrument using the calibrator and generator.
Voltage Current and Power Measurement To study voltage, current and power measurement by using DC ammeter and Handy Calibrator.
PH, Dissolved Oxygen and Conductivity Measurement To study pH, dissolved oxygen, and conductivity measurement.
Liquid Flow Control To study flow transmitter calibration by using three-way valve.
Liquid Level System To study level transmitter calibration using closed valves.
Digital PID Control System To study digital PID control system for process instrumentation
