Vision\ To become a regional Centre of excellence in offshore engineering focusing on creativity, innovativeness of research and transfer of technology related to offshore engineering.\ \ Mission
- To become a hub for developing and transferring creative and innovative research results related to offshore engineering by providing opportunities for the development of expertise for the advancement of engineering, science and technology related to offshore structures.
- To promote collaborative efforts and joint research with institutions, industries and oil & gas organisations locally and internationally.
- To produce strategic and integrated research results and practical solutions that are of significant engineering and business values to regional oil and gas industries through the expansion of technological frontiers and education related to offshore structures.
