ETP Revamp Sparks Student Engagement and Innovation!

Dr. Rajes guides her group in crafting a How-might-we statement, part of the revamped Engineering Team Project (ETP)

July 2024 - The IED team at UTP has successfully reimagined the Engineering Team Project (ETP)  course to mirror an integrated engineering approach. Selected for its multidisciplinary nature, ETP, a mandatory second-year course for all engineering students, underwent a significant transformation. Initially met with skepticism, students soon engaged deeply, finding the Design Innovation approach both relevant and practical for any project or situation. They appreciated the dedication shown by their coaches, and the programme’s success has set the stage for students to implement their newfound knowledge and skills in real industry problems. Anticipation builds as everyone eagerly awaits the launch of ETP Part 2.
