作为国家发展的战略重点，学院师资队伍建设获得了学校的鼎力支持。队伍由王越院士、张军院士、王沙飞院士领衔，并以高起点推进建设。现有教职工65人，其中高级职称比例超过70%，拥有国家级人才6人、北京市教学名师1人、网络空间安全专业教学指导委员会委员1人。学院将在学校支持下，实施人才特区，建设一支规模适中、水平一流的网络安全师资队伍。
