### Overview

Valentina Guerrero is a PhD student in socio-cultural anthropology. Her research interests include indigenous ontologies, resource management systems and discourses on development. In her undergraduate thesis research, she explored a Thai eco village’s approaches to self-reliance, sustainability and post-development.

Valentina holds a BA in Anthropology and Computer Science from Carleton College. She is originally from Colombia.
