An AAP education is designed to help each student develop personally, academically, and professionally. From start to finish — adapting to campus life, connecting with peers, managing time and expectations, and exploring opportunities and resources — can be both exciting and overwhelming.
The primary focus of AAP’s student services team is to provide graduate and undergraduate students with personalized guidance and support throughout their time at Cornell. Our friendly, knowledgeable staff welcomes both in-person and virtual meetings, allowing us to understand the unique needs of each student and share the many resources made available by the college and university.
**Email Us**: The fastest and most efficient way to receive support during business hours is by emailing [aap-studentservices@cornell.edu](mailto:aap-studentservices@cornell.edu). Faculty, staff, and students, please use your [NetID@cornell.edu](mailto:NetID@cornell.edu) email.
\*For emergencies and other concerns that arise outside of office hours, call [Cornell University Police (CUPD)](https://cupolice.cornell.edu/) at (607) 255-1111 or dial 911. Cornell students, staff, and faculty can report non-emergency incidents to the [Office of Student and Campus Life](https://scl.cornell.edu/about-scl/report-incident-or-concern).
