The Student Hub is an on-campus and online space where you can ask questions and access support during your time at the University.
Not sure who can help you? That’s ok — that’s what the Student Hub is for. We’ll make sure you’re connected to the right support as quickly as possible.
We can help with:

You can pre-book an appointment or drop in during opening hours for most queries. You can also access services from Marston Road site and Swindon Campus.

If you know what advice you need, you can book a meeting with our teams directly via the links below. If you don’t know who you need to speak to please just drop in to the Student Hub in the John Henry Brookes Building on Headington Campus.

- Book an in-person Wellbeing & Support appointment at Marston Road site
- Book an in-person Wellbeing & Support appointment at Swindon Campus
- Book a Programme Advice appointment with a Student Support Coordinator (SSC) from your Faculty.
International students can also:
- Book a online appointment with the International Student Advice Team (ISAT)
- Book an in-person appointment with the International Student Advice Team (ISAT)
