The Researcher Development team is part of Research, Support and Governance, based in the Directorate of Research, Innovation and Enterprise.

The team comprises a Researcher Development Manager, Jennie Cripps, and a Researcher Development Officer, Katie Whitlock, who manage the University Research & KE Training programme and the University Research Staff Mentoring Scheme. Researcher Development is overseen by the Director of Researcher Development, Professor Susan Brooks.
