## About us
Research in our group investigates a number of areas of protein bioinformatics including:
- protein function prediction from sequence
- protein engineering
- protein evolution
- deep learning from biological datasets.
We have a number of projects providing important bioinformatics tools for the research community. Current work is focusing on targeting vulnerabilities in cancer in both an academic and industrial setting. Recent work is helping us to understand the SARS-Cov2 virus evolution and druggability.
