To join the PEN mailing list, please visit <https://groups.google.com/a/brookes.ac.uk/d/forum/publicengagement>. On this site, you will also be able to access the email archive, adjust your email settings, and invite other University staff or students to join the list.

## Join the group

1. Sign in to [Google Groups](https://groups.google.com/).
2. Search for “publicengagementnetwork".
3. To join this email list, click **Join group** or **Apply to join group**.
4. After you’ve joined the group, you’ll get an email letting you know.

## Change your settings and display name

You can change your display name, photo, email address, and how frequently you get email from the group.

1. Sign in to [Google Groups](https://groups.google.com/).
2. Click **My Groups**.
3. Choose a group.
4. In the top right, click **My settings -> Membership and email settings**.
5. Choose your settings.

Click **Save**.
