Breaching your student visa conditions

Failure to comply with visa responsibilities may mean that the University has to withdraw sponsorship of a student, for example if a student does not attend or engage appropriately with the course. The University must inform the UKVI if they discover a student has broken any of their visa conditions, for example, if they become aware that a student has worked more than the permitted hours in a week.
