Headington Campus

- Open 11.00am to 2.30pm on weekdays.
Brookes Co-Op Store, Piazza
- Open 7.00am to 11.00pm Monday to Saturday and 9.00am to 11.00pm on Sundays.
Cafe Central, John Henry Brookes Building
- Open 7.00am to 8.00pm on weekdays and 8.30am to 5.00pm on weekends.
Clerici Cafe, Clerici Building
- Open 8.00am to 5.00pm on weekdays.
The Deli, John Henry Brookes Building
- Open 8.00am to 4.00pm on weekdays.
Headington Hill Cafe, Headington Hill Teaching building
- Open 8.00am to 5.00pm on weekdays.
Nisa convenience store, Fir building, Clive Booth Student Village
- Open 7.00am to 10.00pm Monday to Saturday and 9.00am to 10.00pm on Sundays.
The Yard, John Henry Brookes Building
- Open 11.30am to 7.00pm on weekdays.
Marston Road Site

Harcourt Hill Campus
Harcourt Cafe
- As of Monday 27 October 2025, the Harcourt Cafe is no longer operating as a walk-in catering service.
- Ahead of the 2025/26 academic year, teaching and library services at Harcourt Hill moved to Headington Campus. While the University continues to offer accommodation and sport facilities at Harcourt Hill in 2025/26, use of the site’s catering services have been significantly lower than anticipated this year.
- Requests for larger hospitality bookings will be considered for the Harcourt Cafe space. Details of how to make an application for a hospitality booking are available below.
Catering for events
We provide hospitality for internal events held by staff or students. From 1 September 2022 the minimum value for hospitality orders is £35.

Book internal hospitality by clicking the hospitality form box below - please be aware that this new hospitality form was introduced in January 2026. New users can register for an account by clicking on the 'Login' button on the top right of the screen and then selecting 'Register'. Please register your new account using your Oxford Brookes email address. When you have selected the items you wish to order, you will need an Oxford Brookes cost and activity code to complete the booking. More information on booking hospitality with us can be found on the hospitality brochure linked below.

Healthy eating and ethical catering
We provide a range of healthy options which are available at all campuses and identified on menus. Fairtrade, organic and local sourcing will be used where applicable. Meat will be sourced from farms with high levels of animal care and fish will be sourced from sustainable fisheries.
We are committed to ensuring that our services meet the needs of the diverse and multicultural community at Oxford Brookes.
