Programme description

- The programme focuses on developing the baseline competencies of master’s students for solving scientific and applied tasks of: psychological support of organisational development; and enhancement of human resources potential and professional personnel health. It also focuses on forming the abilities to develop research projects and implement them
- During training, students master: professional communication skills (interviewing, counselling, negotiation and mediation, group management); skills in diagnosis and management of functional and emotional states (including stress management); and skills in diagnosis and assessment of individuals, groups and organisations, and management counselling

A significant competitive advantage and the result of training is the capability to participate in the development and implementation of technologies aimed at state-of-the-art testing, professional support and optimisation of various organisational processes. These include the processes of contemporary labour activity; human behaviour in the organisation; communication and management in the organisation; organisational policies and procedures; and systems of human resource management
