Level of education Master

Type of instruction Full-time

Duration 2 years

With the additional qualification ‘Information Technology Testing Specialist’

Programme description

The academic programme is aimed at training experts with in‑depth knowledge of natural sciences, primarily in chemistry, and a wide range of knowledge in relevant areas of applied informatics. They are capable of: using advanced information technology to solve problems related to chemistry and chemical production; participating in projects of informatisation of organisations and institutions; and designing, developing and maintaining information systems and complexes of various chemical‑technological processes and productions.

During the training, students will obtain the additional qualification ‘Information Technology Testing Specialist’, which means they will have knowledge of development processes and be able to: design test procedures; document errors; identify their causes; and interact with all participants in the development process, including in tasks related to chemistry and chemical technology.

Depending on their prior training, students may build an individual learning path and select the subjects necessary to achieve their professional goals.
