This programme trains experts that are equipped with the skills to analyse and address ethical issues arising in interpersonal and social relations across various spheres of life.

Our advantages

- The programme combines theoretical and practical training. The Department of Ethics, whose teaching staff provide professional training, is currently the largest Department of Ethics not only in Russia, but also in the world. Its staff are the developers of federal state educational standards for higher education in the field of applied ethics (bachelor's and master's programmes).

- Vadim Perov, Candidate of Science (Philosophy), Associate Professor, author of numerous scholarly works on the ethics of responsibility, justice, moral conflicts, and the ethics of artificial intelligence, as well as on theoretical and practical issues in applied and professional ethics (with over 80 publications, including those indexed in Web of Science Core Collection (WoS CC), Scopus, and the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI))
- Georgii Artemov, Doctor of Science (Philosophy), Professor, Honoured Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation; author of numerous scholarly works on the sociology of morality, the axiology of morality, and the methodology of applied ethical research (with over 100 publications, including those indexed in Web of Science Core Collection (WoS CC), Scopus, and the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI))
- Alexander Brodsky, Doctor of Science (Philosophy), Professor; author of numerous scholarly works on the history of moral philosophy in Russia, ethical issues in Russian literature, and religious and philosophical ethical concepts (with over 80 publications, including those indexed in Web of Science Core Collection (WoS CC), Scopus, and the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI))
- Elena Ovchinnikova, Candidate of Science (Philosophy), Associate Professor; expert in the history of Russian ethics, information ethics, ethical categories, and the history of morality (with over 80 publications, including those indexed in Web of Science Core Collection (WoS CC), Scopus, and the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI))
