International applicants may apply to bachelor’s degree/specialist’s degree/master’s degree/doctoral degree programmes at SPbU on a fee-paying (contractual) basis.
Tuition information for 2026/2027
Tuition fees for the 2026/2027 academic year will be announced no later than 1 June 2026. Information on tuition fees for the 2025/2026 academic year is available below:
Bachelor & Specialist programmes (in Russian)

Clinical Residency programmes (in Russian)
There is an opportunity for international applicants to apply for the Government Scholarship of the Russian Federation that fully covers tuition fees and provides a monthly academic allowance and reduced dormitory fees.
Note that different programmes have different sets of required documents.
Sign a student contract and get the banking details to pay your tuition fees
- Sign a student contract and get the banking details to pay your tuition fees;
- You can pay your fees for one term in one of the following ways:
- in cash paid to the SPbU Cashier's Office (at no extra cost);
- in cash in rubles paid to any bank (banks charge a fee for transferring your money between bank accounts);
- by bank transfer.
Further payments of tuition fees are made within the time limits specified in the SPbU internal regulations.
