The undergraduate programme ‘Management’ (with additional qualification ‘Business Analyst’) is designed for students aiming to pursue successful management careers in a wide spectrum of organisations, including large Russian and international corporations, small and medium-sized enterprises, startups, non-profit organisations, social entrepreneurship companies, and public sector institutions.

- Yu. Blagov — Candidate of Sciences in Economics, Associate Professor at the Department of Strategic and International Management, Director of the PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Social Responsibility Centre. Professor Blagov has authored over 60 publications on corporate social responsibility
- O. Verkhovskaya — Candidate of Sciences in Economics, Associate Professor at the Department of Strategic and International Management. She leads the Russian national team for the international Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) project
- T. Gavrilova — Doctor of Engineering, Professorб Head of the Department of Information Technologies in Management. She has authored over 300 research publications in scientific journals on knowledge management. Professor Gavrilova is an expert of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR) and Russian Science Foundation (RSF)
- E. Zavyalova — Doctor of Psychology, Professor, Head of the Department of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management. She is a member of editorial board of two international journals: ‘The International Journal of Human Resource Management’ and ‘Human Resource Development International’
