Programme description

The master’s programme ‘Foreign Languages and International Relations’ is focused on training specialist and translators/interpreters in the field of international relations, diplomacy, and intercultural communication.  This programme is designed for individuals with an interest in foreign languages and international affairs.

- Both individual assignments and group projects are used to develop professional skills, allowing students to gain an understanding of audiovisual translation and localisation workflows, as well as translation project management
- During the course, students will be introduced to research methods in the field of translation and language teaching using modern information technology and will solve practical translation tasks in one or two language pairs
