Programme description
- We train experts in legal support for transnational business. They have a deep understanding of business processes and are capable of making managerial decisions and enforcing them
- Our curriculum is focused on practical classes delivered by: practitioners working in leading international companies such as Dentons and DLA Piper; and acknowledged experts with teaching experience in the world’s top universities
- The programme includes legal disciplines aimed at teaching students in: business law; private international law; and fundamentals of using digital technologies in legal practice (Legal Tech). The programme is unique in that it also includes a block of management disciplines taught by lecturers of the Graduate School of Management, St Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU). GSOM is the only Russian business school listed among the world’s top 100 programmes on QS Executive MBA Rankings
- Additionally, it is important to note that there is an opportunity to master a second foreign language during two years of studying in the master’s programme: students are offered a choice of studying Chinese (from B2 level) and Spanish (from scratch)
- We are confident that this knowledge and skills will make it possible to: work efficiently anywhere in the world; assess the legal risks related to the implementation of managerial decisions in different countries; and be involved in defining global development concepts for transnational enterprises
- This programme will provide an opportunity for graduates of bachelor’s programmes with an in-depth study of the Chinese language and legal system of China to: continue to improve their command of oriental languages; as well as study the legal regulation and peculiarities of doing transnational business
