Programme description
- The master’s programme "Lawyer in the Field of Norm-Setting Activities" is aimed at training experts with fundamental knowledge and competences necessary for rule-making as a special type of activity in public authorities, companies and organisations. In particular, the programme takes into account the major challenges of our time related to the need for enhanced human rights protection in a globalised world and the rapid development of modern society towards digitalisation
- Graduates of the programme can carry out professional activities in different areas of the legal sector holding positions related to rule-making
- The programme development strategy provides for the training of experts to carry out professional research and practice in the field of norm-setting. Such experts understand fundamental challenges of law and state and basic regularities and principles of legal science methodology. They are capable of carrying out interdisciplinary research, and have an understanding of current interdisciplinary legal issues and the main ways of solving them in modern society
