- This programme is designed for students who wish to build careers in government and municipal administration, political party apparatus, socio-political organisations, local governance bodies, business entities, international and mass media organisations, as well as academic and research institutions

With over 300 scholarly publications to his name, including more than ten monographs and nine academic textbooks, he authored one of the Russia's pioneering textbooks on Ethnic Politics. Professor Achkasov stands as one of Russia's foremost experts in Ethnic Politics
- G. Gribanova – Professor, Doctor of Sociological Sciences, Head of the Department of International Political Processes, holds the distinguished title of Honoured Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation. Professor Gribanova is a renowned specialist in political globalistics, international relations, conflict mediation, and comparative federalism
- V. Gutorov – Professor, Doctor of Philosophy, holds the distinguished title of Honoured Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation, Head of the Department of Theory and Philosophy of Politics at St. Petersburg State University. He serves as Vice-President of the Russian Political Science Association, Full Member of the Russian Academy of Political Science, and Full Member of the International Association of Greek Philosophy (Athens). With over 200 research publications to his credit, he is a renowned expert in contemporary political theory, political communication studies, and political education
- T. Kulakova – Professor, Doctor of Political Sciences. She has participated in research projects funded by the Russian Foundation for Humanities and the Russian Ministry of Science and Higher Education. She is a recognised expert in change management policy and decision-making theory
- A. Kurochkin – Professor, Doctor of Political Sciences, Deputy Chair of the Federal Educational and Methodological Association for the higher education integrated group of training areas 41.00.00 'Political Sciences and Regional Studies'. He concurrently heads the Leningrad Region branch of the Russian Society of Political Scientists
- S. Lantsov – Professor, Doctor of Political Sciences. He has authored over 200 research publications including 4 monographs. Professor Lantsov is a renowned specialist in political modernisation, international political processes, and international relations in East Asia. He is a member of both the Russian Political Science Association and the Russian Society of Political Scientists
- O. Popova – Professor, Doctor of Political Sciences, Head of the Department of Political Institutions and Applied Political Research at SPbU, Chair of the Expert Council of the Russian Political Science Association (RPSA). She has authored over 200 research publications and established herself as a prominent expert in political consciousness and behaviour, political identity problems, political marketing, electoral technologies, political forecasting, and methodologies of political analysis
- L. Smorgunov – Professor, Doctor of Philosophy, Head of the Department of Political Governance at SPbU, Vice-President of the Russian Political Science Association, SPbU representative to the European Consortium for Political Research (UK). He has authored over 300 scientific publications and is recognised as a distinguished specialist in public policy theory
- I. Radikov – Professor, Doctor of Political Sciences, Head of the Department of Russian Politics and holds the distinguished title of Honoured Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation, Corresponding Member of the International Academy for Higher Education, Full Member of the National Academy of Juvenology. Professor Radikov has authored over 200 research publications and is recognised as an expert in national security theory, political ideologies, military security, and the politics of force and violence
- D. Maltseva – Associate Professor, Candidate of Political Sciences, Director of the undergraduate programme SV.5027 'Political Science'. She specialises in strategic management, risk management, strategic modelling and information technologies. D. Maltseva has authored numerous publications, including over 20 papers indexed in Scopus and Web of Science
