The University Center SInAPSi - Services for Active and Participatory Student Inclusion of the University of Naples Federico II, is participating in the Call for Universal Civil Service 2026, published by the Department for Youth Policy and Universal Civil Service (DPGSCU).\ \ A total of 36 positions are available for the 2026 edition , distributed across the Center's four operating locations, as part of the project: "Together Without Barriers: Strategies for Student Inclusion."\ \ The 12-month project is fully in line with SInAPSi's institutional mission: to promote an inclusive, accessible, equitable and difference-conscious university.\ \ Selected young volunteers will be involved in activities such as: accompanying them to university life and educational opportunities; monitoring architectural barriers and obstacles to participation; supporting well-being and academic involvement; managing the accessible media library; and promoting dialogue and encounters between the student community and the academic community.\ An experience in which Civil Service becomes a path of personal and professional growth, immersed in a context that considers inclusion not as an emergency intervention, but as a structural and daily practice of the University.\ Each selected volunteer operator will receive a monthly reimbursement of € 519.47.\ \ The positions are distributed among SInAPSi locations as follows:\ - Via Nuova Agnano, 11 (Support Sector) - 12 places\ - Via Vicinale Cupa Cintia, 4 (Technological and Psycho-pedagogical Sector) -\ 16 places\ - Via Porta di Massa, 1 (Sector for Educational Success) - 4 places\ - Via Foria, 223 (Differences and Employability Sector) - 4 places\ \ Young people between the ages of 18 and 28 (28 years and 364 days as of the date of application), who hold Italian, European or non-EU citizenship with a regular residence permit in Italy are eligible to apply.\ \ Applications must be submitted exclusively online, through the DOL - Domanda On Line platform, using SPID or CIE credentials, by 2 p.m. April 8, 2026.\ \ For information: the SInAPSi telephone helpdesk is active Wednesday through Friday until 3:30 p.m., and on Thursdays until 6 p.m., at 081 679969. Its mission is to look at the person in his or her entirety and complexity, promoting a university environment that is equitable, accessible and attentive to differences.\ The Center's action is developed through five integrated service areas: support for students with disabilities; services dedicated to Specific Learning Disorders; psychological counseling and the promotion of educational success; combating discrimination and spreading a culture of differences; and vocational guidance and the promotion of employability.\ With interdisciplinary expertise ranging from psychology to pedagogy, sociology to bioengineering, SInAPSi advocates a model of a university in which diversity is not a condition to be accommodated, but a resource to be enhanced for the growth of the entire academic community.
