Regulations, duties and activities of the NdV

The University Evaluation Board is a collegial and independent governing body. Pursuant toArticle 22 of the Statute, it has the task of evaluating teaching, research and knowledge transfer activities, as well as those related to the interventions to support the right to study and those pertaining to the management and organizational activities carried out by the Departments and the overall functional and administrative organization, to ensure the constant improvement of the level of quality, effectiveness and efficiency. Auditions held

The internal hearing activity carried out by the Evaluation Board is one of the main self-evaluation tools implemented by universities.

The system of hearings is provided for by ANVUR (starting with the 2015 Guidelines for the Annual Report of the Nucleus), to investigate and verify the effective functioning of the QA processes of Courses of Study and Departments. The hearing visits also include Doctoral Courses, with the transition to the AVA3 system.

In the Athenaeum, hearings are conducted according to the methods and timelines indicated in the ANVUR Guidelines and the Guidelines prepared by the Nucleus and involve a series of meetings involving students/students, faculty and PTA.

At the end of each hearing, a report is prepared showing the assessments made and the Nucleus' recommendations, which feed into the Annual Reports submitted to ANVUR.
