ATMs
The AUC New Cairo CIB branch currently has three automated teller machines (ATM) available on the University premises. The first one is situated on the garden level of the administration building. The second is in front of the Center for the Arts, and the third is inside the campus center’s main cafeteria.
The National Bank of Egypt (NBE) also has two ATMs, one is located on the garden level of the administration building, and the second is located at the Campus Center in Bartlett Plaza.
A Banque Du Caire ATM is now available at Pepsi Gate.
Banks
A branch of the Commercial International Bank (CIB) is located on the plaza level of the administration building. CIB’s office hours are from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, Sunday through Thursday.
There is also a branch for the National Bank of Egypt located at the Campus Center in Bartlett Plaza. CIB’s office hours are from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Sunday through Thursday.
Bookstores
The AUC Press currently operates in Cairo two bookstores, unique for their extensive English-language selection of more than 20,000 titles, their longstanding tradition of international bookselling experience, and their professional staff.
The AUC Bookstores deliver the highest quality of services to AUC students, faculty, and staff, as well as to the wider Cairo community and travelers to Egypt.

Business Support Services
The Business Support Office is shaped by AUC's commitment to fulfill its obligations and responsibilities towards its students, faculty and staff members and various academic departments to advance learning through supporting the teaching and research process. The office is also responsible for informing all re-located faculty and international students of governmental regulations related to student visas, work permits, and residency in Egypt and process their issuing and renewals.

Carts Service
AUC transportation department provides an on-campus cart service to The American University in Cairo (AUC) visitors in coordination with the host department to facilitate commuting on campus.

Communications Services
The Office of Marketing Communication and Public Affairs is responsible for the strategic communications, positioning and reputation management of the University. This includes creative and editorial services, media relations, marketing, publications, communications, the University website, advertising and social media.

Copy Center
The printing and copying services unit provides quality, timely, and efficient printing and copying services to the AUC community to best support its academic programs and administrative services.

Car Reservation Service
AUC car reservation service is offered to The American University in Cairo (AUC) community and to different guests of departments. Visitors can reserve a vehicle and a driver for trips inside or outside Cairo.

Import and Export Services
The import and export unit handles both new and departing relocated faculty and staff eligible for shipping allowance to import or export their stuff through AUC forwarding agents.

Mail Services
Mail services require a thorough knowledge of postal service regulations, rates, services, and operations. Hence, mail operations are executed through highly trained staff and a timed plan to meet the needs of AUC customers.

Meeting Room Reservation
AUC offers meeting spaces on the two campuses - AUC New Cairo and AUC Tahrir Square - that are ideal for academic conferences, executive classes, dinner seminars, and public lectures.

Parking

Post Office
Egypt Post provides the AUC community with a variety of services including:
- Postal Services: Sending and receiving registered mail and ordinary mail
- Governmental Services: Consular legalization, power of attorney, issuing birth certificates and authentication of documents for citizens and foreigners in coordination with the consular sector
- Traffic Services: These services are coordinated with the Egyptian Traffic Department. Citizens can obtain clearance and pay fines through the post office
The post office is located in the Campus Center facing the food court in Bartlett Plaza.
Working hours will be daily from 9 am to 4 pm, Sunday through Thursday.
