Examination Dates and Grade Reporting

Comprehensive examinations are typically held during Fall semesters around mid-December, and during Spring semesters around mid- April. Comprehensive examinations should not be held during the drop and add period at the start of the semester.

Programs requiring comprehensive examinations are to communicate the exact date of the examination to its students registered for them, every semester.

Only students registered for the comprehensive examinations in a particular semester can sit for the examinations.

The grades of the examinations should not be communicated to the relevant students before the end of the semester when the grades are reported to the Office of the Registrar.
