After your exciting first few weeks of joining AUC, it is time to attend the onboarding event and get engaged with AUC's senior management and colleagues from different departments/offices; and benefit from the online learning opportunities that will help you settle in.
New Staff Onboarding Event
All new staff members are encouraged to attend the one-day onboarding event to help you have a smooth transition into your new job and gain an overview of essential topics including the University's mission, vision, values, strategic priorities, organizational structure, personnel policies, HR benefits and programs. This event is held once per month.

Online Learning
The Office of Human Resources recommends a wide range of online courses via the LinkedIn Learning platform in areas of professional/career development to help you settle into your new job during the first couple of months.
You need to activate your LinkedIn Learning account through lynda.aucegypt.edu, and you can watch the How to access LinkedIn Learning video.
