Move-in Dates and Procedures
If you are moving in this Fall 2025, you should familiarize yourself with the move-in dates below:
Terms and Conditions
Students residing in AUC Student Residences should read the terms and conditions outlined in this webpage. These guidelines are established to ensure a safe and inclusive living environment for all residents.
New Students

Important Notes:
- Arrivals outside the above dates/times will be charged a move-in service fee of $27.
- Students arriving on international flights should arrange after-hours move-in by emailing their ETA to reslife@aucegypt.edu at least 48 hours before arrival.
- After-hours/weekend arrivals receive a spare key-card. Spare key-cards must be returned by September 9, 2025; penalty fees of EGP 200 apply for lost/unreturned spare key-cards.
Storage Pick-up Schedule
- It will be either August 30, 2025 or September 6, 2025from 9 am to 4 pm.
- Near-Campus Buildings: Call Mahmoud Ramadan at 012.2413.6856.
- On-Campus Residence: Call Hossam Ismail at 012.2809.9946.

Club Cars
- Club cars are available to transport you and your luggage from EP1 Gate to the on-campus residence’s entrance on August 30, 2025 or September 6, 2025, from 9 am to 4 pm.
