Course Repeat Form

Course repeat requests can only be submitted through Banner Self-Service.

Steps to submit a course repeat form:

  1. Log into Banner Self-Service
  2. Click on One Stop Service, then click Request for Service
  3. For the category list, choose Academic Undergraduate Student Requests. For the service, choose Course Repeat
  4. Click Submit;then you will receive an email with the request number
