AUC’s cultural excursions program offers faculty and staff a thoughtfully curated series of outings each semester, designed to foster learning, connection and wellbeing while creating memorable shared experiences beyond the workplace.

Led by the Business Support Office, the program reflects AUC’s commitment to delivering meaningful, high-quality services that enrich the daily lives of our community. These excursions provide participants with the opportunity to explore Egypt’s rich cultural and historical landscape—from iconic landmarks to hidden gems and local traditions—in a comfortable, welcoming and well-organized setting. By bringing colleagues together from across departments, the program naturally strengthens professional and social bonds, cultivating a stronger sense of community and collaboration.

Whether through archaeology-focused tours, art history walks or specialized trips aligned with teaching and research interests, the cultural excursions program supports both personal enrichment and professional development. With guided tours, comfortable transportation and catered meals, each experience is designed to be seamless, engaging and enjoyable from start to finish—celebrating learning, connection and diversity.
