AUC on-campus residences consist of 12 gender-separated residential units designed to maximize engagement among residents and feed the purpose of creating residential communities. Living at on-campus residences is a great option for students looking for a convenient and vibrant living space. Each residential unit includes a common lounge that serves as a public space for cooking, studying and/or socializing. Additionally, there is an outdoor plaza area that serves as a venue for residential life programs and events, plus a study room that is accessible 24/7.

Available Options

Doubles are furnished with a bed, mattress, dresser, bookshelf, drawer, desk, desk lamp and a chair per resident. Three doubles share two split bathrooms and a corridor fridge
Premium doubles are furnished with a bed, mattress, dresser, bookshelf, drawer, desk, desk lamp and chair per resident. A premium has a private bathroom and a private mini-fridge
Small singles are furnished with a bed, mattress, dresser, bookshelf, drawer, desk, desk lamp and a chair. These rooms share two split bathrooms and a corridor fridge with three doubles
Singles are furnished with a bed, mattress, dresser, bookshelf, drawer, desk, desk lamp and chair. Four singles share two bathrooms, a kitchenette, a dining table and a lounge within one apartment complex

AUC Residences Building One is a male-only near campus extension to the University residences and serves as a different living option for students who prefer apartment-style housing. AUC Residences Building One offers a perfect blend of convenience and an inclusive learning experience that nurtures independence. The building is a seven-minute walk from the main campus and guarantees easy access to services, public transportation and delivery service. The main features of the building include a laundry room and a 24/7 common lounge that serves as a public space for cooking, studying and/or socializing. It is equipped with a kitchenette, a printing station, a computer lab and a billiards table in addition to other communal games. Additionally, the building is linked to an internal AUC Clinic and a cozy outdoor seating area that serves as a venue for residential life programs and events. A shuttle bus operates between the residences and campus to assist students in their commute during class days.

This new gender-separated near-campus extension to the University residences serves as a different living option for students who prefer studio apartment-style housing. AUC Residences Building Two offers a perfect blend of convenience and peacefulness and can be a great option for students working on their senior projects and theses. The building is a seven-minute walk from the main campus and guarantees easy access to services, public transportation and delivery services. The main feature of this building is that it enjoys the least sharing ratio of amenities within a studio apartment complex. A shuttle bus operates between the residences and campus to assist in students' commute during class days.

Studio apartments for one include a bedroom furnished with a bed, mattress, dresser, mirror and drawers. It also includes a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining/study table and a lounge.
Studio apartments for two include one bedroom furnished with a bed, mattress, dresser and drawers per resident. It also includes a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining/study table and a lounge.
