New Staff Onboarding Journey
Before You Start
Learn about your working hours, work location, transportation and read important policies
Your First Week
Obtain your AUC staff ID, get connected to IT resources, enroll in AUC's benefit plans, and meet your onboarding buddy and line manager.
Your First Month
Get a chance to meet with AUC's senior management and new colleagues while you attend your special onboarding event.
Your First Three Months
Learn more about your professional development opportunities and set your performance goals and objectives with your line manager.
